I am a senior at Virginia Tech, pursuing a major in multimedia journalism with minors in political science and music. During my time in Blacksburg, I took on the role of sports editor of The Collegiate Times, Virginia Tech's student newspaper, while interning at Tech Sideline and in the Virginia Tech Athletics creative communications department. I have accrued journalism internships each summer of my undergraduate career, including at The Richmond Times-Dispatch, The Roanoke Times, The Falls Church News-Press and D1Softball. In the classroom, I have completed Advanced Multimedia Reporting, Visual Media, Media Writing, Communication Skills and Communication Ethics.
Every experience has enhanced my passion for local news and desire to work in journalism following my graduation in May 2026. This site contains written and digital content, which I generated through internships and coursework.
