In August 2022, I joined The Collegiate Times, the student newspaper on campus at Virginia Tech. As the next two years progressed, I worked my way up from a staff writer to an assistant sports editor to the sports editor role, beginning in May 2023. I manage a staff of roughly 15 writers, editing roughly 100 articles per semester, while publishing written content of my own.
